We limit the right to return used or partially used coffee products to GROUCHY MULE COFFEE.
When initiating a return, GROUCHY MULE COFFEE is not obligated to provide any form of reimbursement, whether monetary or product, for any purchases through GROUCHYMULE.COM, from a period of 14 calendar days / two weeks after original purchase.

Shipping dates may be impacted by weekends and holidays. Orders are sent via UPS or USPS. Depending on your location, shipping times range from 1 to 10 days. UPS Overnight and 2-Day Express Delivery are available for an additional surcharge.
